1. The workshop is made of high-quality stainless steel plate argon arc welding, easy to clean, the outer box is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate, anti-static fine powder coating treatment, beautiful and novel modelling;
2.Heating is done on four sides for faster speed;
3.Intelligent digital display PID temperature control, with timing, over-temperature alarm, temperature deviation trimming, temperature control self-tuning and other functions;
4.Transparent windows made of double-layer hollow tempered glass for real-time monitoring of test status;
5.Visualization of the operating interface; real-time generation of data and charts, online statistical analysis of data, point cloud to EXCEL file comparison of massive point cloud data volume, more intuitive reproduction of the characteristics of the product;
6.Each working chamber is equipped with 2 layers of Teflon insulated partitions, allowing for simultaneous testing of multiple samples, eliminating environmental errors and improving testing efficiency;
7.Man-machine exchange interface, USB interface, network interface, communication interface can be optional, easy to data cloud management and remote control.
