This battery does not ignite during extreme tests such as nail penetration, overcharge, and short circuit. It has an energy density of 95Wh/kg, supports a wide operating temperature range from -40℃ to 80℃, and has a cycle life exceeding 30,000 times. It is suitable for electric bicycles, energy storage frequency regulation, and other scenarios, and has achieved mass production. Its technological breakthrough solves the industry problem of low energy density in aqueous batteries, providing a safe alternative solution for low-speed electric vehicles, emergency power supplies, and other fields.
Halide-based Solid Electrolyte
At the exhibition, halide-based all-solid-state batteries also showed the latest progress through material substitution and process optimization. Academician Sun Xueliang's team from the Chinese Academy of Engineering proposed replacing precious metals with abundant elements (such as chlorine, bromine) to promote the commercialization of the halide route. Although specific products were not explicitly mentioned, the cost reduction progress of this technology path provides a new direction for the diversified development of solid-state batteries.

Juson Technology released Juson・GuNeng No. 1 Ultra-high specific energy solid-state battery, adopting in-situ solidification electrolyte technology, with ion conductivity > 5mS/cm, supporting 4C fast charging, energy density up to 400Wh/kg, and passing 5mm nail penetration test. The battery performs stably in a wide temperature range of -40~100℃, has a cycle life of over 1000 cycles, has obtained aviation-grade safety certification, and is planned to be equipped in eVTOL aircraft in 2026. Its highly cross-linked interpenetrating polymer network technology effectively solves the solid-solid interface impedance problem , providing a lightweight power solution for the low-altitude economy.

Focusing on the core link of "raw material fiberization", integrating mixing, coating, homogenization, and fiberization functions, with material residual rate <0.5%, ensuring the integrity of material grain structure, solving the problem of excessive fiberization caused by residue in traditional high-speed mixers. It also showcased a fully automatic ton bag packaging system, with a packaging speed of 6-10 bags/hour, reducing operating energy consumption by 40.4%, equipped with AI vision software, achieving 100% recognition accuracy, and realizing unmanned operation throughout the entire process from ton bag packaging to warehousing.
Samsung SDI Exhibited cobalt-free cathode materials in the international pavilion, with energy density increased to 220Wh/kg, cost 15% lower than ternary materials, and planned to be equipped in high-end car models in 2027.
LG Energy Solution Released silicon-carbon anode technology, increasing capacity by 30%, suitable for 800V ultra-fast charging batteries, and has received orders from Hyundai Motor.
