The double-row four-paddle vacuum mixer is a high-efficiency mixing equipment integrating vacuum low-speed mixing and high-speed dispersion. It can be applied to the mixing process of various solvents and powders, such as the batching process of raw materials for lithium-ion batteries, solar energy, tapes, and chemicals.

Durable and Corrosion-Resistant Design The tank body uses mirror-polished stainless steel plates, which are corrosion-resistant and easy to clean; the outer shell is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel treated with a new electrostatic spraying process, which is wear-resistant and rust-proof, combining aesthetics and practicality.

High-Efficiency Vacuum Drying Using a low-pressure environment to reduce the drying temperature of materials, avoiding the risk of high-temperature oxidation, suitable for heat-sensitive and easily oxidized materials, and can also inactivate biological cells.

Clean Environment Guarantee The fully enclosed structure combined with the stainless steel inner wall prevents dust pollution and meets the needs of high-cleanliness scenarios such as semiconductors and pharmaceuticals.

Precise Temperature Control Technology The flat heater surrounds the outer wall of the working chamber, equipped with an intelligent digital PID temperature control system, supporting timing, over-temperature alarm, deviation correction, and self-tuning functions, with temperature uniformity reaching ±2℃.

Safe and Visual Operation Double-layer tempered explosion-proof glass observation window, heat insulation and anti-scalding, convenient for real-time viewing of the drying status; the operation interface is simple and intuitive, supporting the optional human-machine interaction interface, realizing data cloud management and remote control.
