I. Product Overview
The hydraulically balanced electric twin-roll mill is designed for high-precision rolling of positive and negative electrode sheets in the battery industry. This equipment ensures good uniformity in both transverse and longitudinal rolling, resulting in high-quality product appearance after rolling. It is suitable for occasions with high requirements for rolling force and rolling gap consistency.
II. Product Features
1. Integral gantry frame, CNC precision machining, ensuring high precision and high stability;
2. Rolls are made of imported cold-rolled chromium-molybdenum material, with heat treatment, chrome plating, and deep cryogenic treatment. They feature high internal and external hardness and good wear resistance;
3. Hydraulically balanced rolling mechanism, stable pressure maintenance, good transverse and longitudinal rolling uniformity;
4. Wedge-type roll gap adjustment device, digital display;
5. PLC, HMI operation, convenient control of various parameter settings;
7. Roll surface adopts hard chrome plating, good rust prevention, easy maintenance;
8. Rolling force acquisition and storage function is designed, allowing for monitoring of the rolling force curve.
9. Optional winding and unwinding device for continuous rolling of coils.
