I. Product Overview
The vacuum pre-sealing machine is mainly used for vacuuming and heat-pressing pre-sealing of soft-packed lithium batteries after injection and settling; this machine automatically completes the vacuum heat sealing of the aluminum-plastic shell of the battery through precise control of the main vacuum pump and pneumatic heat-sealing components.
II. Product Features
1. The sealing head is made of copper material, which has good heat transfer effect, saves power consumption, improves work efficiency, and is more energy-efficient than similar products;
2. The pressure of the upper and lower sealing heads can be adjusted through the pressure regulating valve to meet the requirements of different process parameters;
3. The upper and lower sealing heads are driven by air cylinders and guided by two linear guide bushings, which are flexible and accurate in movement.
4. Ensure the parallelism requirements after the product is sealed;
5. The changes inside the cavity can be observed during operation through the viewing window.
6. The cover cavity is driven by an air cylinder, guided by a rotating guide bushing, and moves up and down flexibly, ensuring the sealing requirements of the product.
7. It can be used for batteries of different specifications, and the adjustment is simple and convenient.
8. The host and control box are designed as a separate unit, so the machine can be placed in a glove box or on a production line.
9. Easy to operate, beautiful appearance, small size, and light weight.
