I. Product Overview
The Wuhan Chaodi Technology horizontal hot-press forming machine is mainly used for the formation of polymer batteries under pressure conditions. The whole machine consists of one forming system and one hot-press fixture. The hot-press fixture is designed to hold 16 layers, with 2 batteries per layer. The equipment has a total of 32 channels. The fixture and equipment are integrated and compatible with both same-side and opposite-side ear tabs.
The main functions of the fixture are as follows: 1). Provide the pressure required to clamp the cells, which can be set within the allowable pressure safety range. If the pressure setting exceeds the set range, an alarm will be given; 2). Clamp the electrodes to ensure reliable connection of the circuit between the electrodes and the whole machine.
The main functions of the forming process are as follows: 1) Heating and temperature control function; 2) Reliable docking function of channels; 3) Charging function; 4) Discharging function; 5) Data link and communication function; 6) Safety and protection function.
